Charter Hill Partners is an independent advisory firm focused on corporate strategy, growth and transition. Based in Omaha, our clients are located throughout the United States and include privately-held firms with concentrated ownership groups, as well as larger corporations who look to Charter Hill for outside perspective.

Charter Hill’s role in serving its clients is to bring creative ideas, relevant resources and an objective approach to each project. We collaborate with our client’s leadership to identify opportunities to improve their market position, competitive advantages, operating profits and ultimately shareholder value.

We manage corporate development initiatives that begin with a firm understanding of our client’s operating objectives in order to then identify opportunities for them to partner with, invest in or acquire companies in order to drive profitable growth.

Capital – Capital Planning | Sourcing | Direct Investment

A sound business strategy is of little value if the ability and resources required to execute the strategy are not in place. We view capital planning as critical to a firm’s ability to effectively foster growth, capitalize on timely opportunities and efficiently manage operations. We also selectively make direct investments with our individual and corporate capital partners in profitable companies to facilitate specific growth plans or shareholder transitions.

Jeff Vaske

Charter Hill is led by Jeffrey Vaske. Jeff established Charter Hill in 2005 after gaining extensive experience in the financial management field having previously managed multiple merger and acquisition transactions, private investment partnerships and an investment advisory firm he established in 1998.

In addition to this experience, Jeff has partnered with companies through both ownership and consulting roles in fields that include healthcare, financial services, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, business services and information technology.

Jeff also serves on the Nebraska Startup Academy board and as a Fellow at the University of Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship where he earned his undergraduate degree in Finance.
